I offer a personalised care and support service tailored to meet your individual needs. I am warm and friendly and have over 10 years-experience working with older people, the majority of which was within the Help at Home service with Age Uk West Cumbria.

I enjoy gardening and grow my own vegetables. I also enjoy arts and crafts, meeting new people and travelling to different places.

I live locally and am happy to support you in any way I can to help you live independently.
