Hi I’m Mercy.

I am a warm and friendly person who is kind and patient, i’m a good listener and i’m happy to tailor my support to your individual needs.

I have worked in the Health and Social Care industry since 2017.  I am originally from Zimbabwe and moved to the UK in 2022 with the  idea and passion to continue my caring role and to give back to the community. I am passionate about promoting independence in the comfort of your  own home. I am fully qualified, DBS checked and insured and am registered with HMRC as a sole trader. I have completed a development programme to ensure that my services are fully compliant and have a portfolio with all my relevant training certificates and documentation required, which I am happy to provide on request.
