I am Josephine from West Cumbria. As a 54-year-old mother of three adult children and grandmother to two wonderful grandsons, I bring a warm, family-oriented approach to my work.
I volunteer at my local village hall, and my hobbies include walking, crafting, gardening, and floristry – activities that keep me energised and connected to my community.
With many years in the care industry, I’ve supported elderly residents, adults and children with special needs, and served as a teaching assistant in a special needs school. I keep up with ongoing training to stay current with best practices, and am fully insured for all my services.
Drawing on this background, I offer not only compassionate, personalised in-home care but also companionship services, such as accompanying clients on outings they can no longer attend alone, ensuring each client receives the attentive support and experiences they deserve.
I have a level 2 Diploma in care, a level 2 Distinction in adult care, and a current enhanced DBS certificate.
