Carla has been a fantastic carer for my elderly mother, who has extremely limited mobility as well as hearing loss. Carla is incredibly professional and a determined advocate for my mother both when she was living independently and now she is in a care home in Cockermouth (unfortunately we live a long day’s drive away) which Carla visits twice a week. Carla has completely won my mother’s trust (and ours!) and is able to deal efficiently with paperwork and technology, monitor health and organise the appropriate response, look after the daily small needs and of course provide caring companionship. We are extremely lucky to have her and would have no hesitation in recommending Carla!
